A typical week
A steady rhythm that fits around work
Session times rotate across time zones, and recordings are shared with everyone's consent.
- One live masterclassThe week's main idea, taught live with time for questions.
- Three to five short lessonsAbout 10 to 15 minutes each, easy to watch on a phone.
- One peer circleYour group of six to eight reviews the week's work together.
- Office hoursDrop in with an instructor for the hard questions.
- One submissionThe week's piece of your business, reviewed against a rubric.
- Optional case discussionA real business decision, argued through as a group.
Completion
How you finish
You complete the program by submitting all eight pieces of work and presenting your plan in week eight. Instructors review each submission, and your circle gives peer feedback. Any business results you share are marked as either self-reported or verified, so nobody's numbers get mixed up. A certificate of completion is planned, and it isn't a degree or academic credit.
